Try This Ice Cafe When Aroma is Too Far From Home

Do you have the Israeli blues or do you just need a caffeine fix? What if I told you both could be cured with our ice café?! WARNING: Brain freeze may occur!

Ice Cafe

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ c of of water
  • 2 tbsp of instant coffee
  • ⅓ c of milk
  • 1 ½ tbsp of sugar

Directions:

  1. Put instant coffee and water into a glass and stir well.
  2. Pour coffee into an ice cube tray and freeze.
  3. Put about 4-5 coffee cubes into a blender, add sugar and milk, and pulse until mixture is a nice frothy consistency.
  4. Cover with any topping you’d like! We used whipped topping, coffee beans, and chocolate curls.
